Ingredients
- 90 g chickpea flour
- 45 g all-purpose or gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar or baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
- Mix all dry ingredients (chickpea flour, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt) in a bowl.
- Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add the wet ingredient mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Bake the waffles in a waffle iron.
Top with your favourite breakfast ingredients, such as yogurt, honey, berry syrup, fresh fruit, granola or seeds and nuts.
